Due to the nature of our cosmetics/bottled products, and the hygiene we must guarantee to every customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

For all of our products that are not cosmetic or bottled - If you are not satisfied with your order, or it arrives in anyway damaged, please contact us at cactusland.sma@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue. 

We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please reply to your order confirmation email to begin that process. We will refund 90% of your payment within 10 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are in Europe or the rest of the world, a few countries  have higher shipping costs than the quotes provided. If this is the case, we will contact you via email with the available options.

Please allow 2/10 working days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be shipped. There may be exeptions according to the amount of orders that we are processing at that time.

We will email you with the tracking information once your order has shipped. Transit time depends on the shipping company.

· Import duties, taxes, and VAT is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery based on each country's policies.

Cactus Land is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. We pack your order very carefully to avoid possible damages, but shipping companies still sometimes handle packages roughly.

If a package is returned to us due to the address being outdated or entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees.I'm a shipping policy.
